GAFHA is a not-for-profit volunteer organization committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families in the community. We leverage our connections to provide essential aid and enriching experiences that improve lives.
Our Proposed projects
Sailing
GAFHA's first sailing experience day for children was an unmitigated success and has confirmed, for us, that these sorts of event are essential for the development of young people.
The instructors and cadets, of Walton & Frinton Yacht Club, hosted an exciting and fun packed sailing taster day for the children of Hearts Academy Trust.
This collaboration encapsulates what we want to achieve, members of the community offering to help others and children being given the opportunity to stretch themselves and learn something new, that might just inspire them.
We are already discussing this event with other sailing clubs and schools and will be organising multiple events throughout 2026.
